Our true nature is the spirit/consciousness/energy inside all of us that is in control of our physical body which is a vechile the spirit uses to have a human experience. Science tells us that everything is made up of energy and atoms including us and quantum physics tells us that consciousness influences those atoms depending on how we think. The spirit/consciousness/energy is very powerful and we in human form can acess this power when we are able to let go of the false self/ego/thinkin mind and connect to the real self which is the silent still awareness that all of us possess. But the thinkin mind is going 100 miles per second its hard to see this silent self but we can reach it through meditation and being present each moment as best as we can. When we do this we not only free ourselves from the ego but connect with our spiritual self that is far more advance than our ego self.
