poetry i wrote

I must make a true foundation
pack it down really hard
build my mountain upon it
to reach our heavenly god
he will show us prosperity
and tender loving joy
take us far away
from the bombs of war
why cant our tiny minds understand
we are all in this together
we have to join hands
love our sisters and our brothers
reach out to the poor and needy
and the lowly low hearted
take them all above this
teach them to soar in love
fix our broken children
mend their little souls
teach them how to live life
without so many pot holes
